Return/Exchange Policy (Online Sales only)
We will accept returns of most unworn, unwashed, unhemmed, tags intact merchandise within 14 days of when you received the item for exchange, in store credit.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Underwear, socks, swimwear items may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your item(s).
No returns/exchanges will be accepted or credited without prior authorization.

Shipping costs will be your responsibility and the shipping method must be trackable with a signature required.

You can choose to pick up at our store location or have the products shipped to the address of your choice. These options are located on the first page of the check out process under the heading DELIVERY.
We only ship to Canadian addresses. We can ship to virtually any address in Canada however if the address you give us is an issue, you will be contacted via phone or email and asked to provide an alternate address.
When you place an order, appropriate shipping rates will apply. Our shipping charges are a flat rate starting as low as $10.
Carrier options are the sole discretion of Ford & McIntyre Men's Wear. We will use the most reliable carrier available to us, at the best rate provided.
Orders are processed and shipped out next business day. Shipping times will vary depending on location. Please note that some remote locations may require additional time in transit. Delivery times are also known to be affected by adverse weather conditions, especially during the winter months.
