Return/Exchange Policy (Online Sales only)
We will accept returns of most unworn, unwashed, unhemmed, with tags intact merchandise within 14 days of when you received the item for exchange or store credit.
Ford & McIntyre does not refund the initial shipping cost, and we are not responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs.
Underwear, socks, swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted or credited without prior authorization.
Ford & McIntyre is not responsible for damages that occur after tag removal and during the care of an item; such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear. Any items that are damaged upon receipt and still have tags attached must be reported to our team within 10 days.

You can choose to pick up at our store location or have the products shipped to the address of your choice.
We ship to Canadian and United States addresses. If the address you provide has an issue, you will be contacted via phone or email and asked to provide an alternate address.
When you place an order, appropriate shipping rates will apply. Our shipping charges are a flat rate starting as low as $10.
Shipping times will vary depending on location. Please note that some remote locations may require additional time in transit. Delivery times are also known to be affected by adverse weather conditions, especially during the winter months.
